We do not serve legal entities, company representatives, or hedge funds. Our user is a natural person. And yes, you must be 18 years old to use our site. You may not use the site to trade third-party finances and violate applicable financial markets and investment laws. And yes, we don't have insider information, and you won't find it, even in Setups.

If you use our website - you have read this document and agree with it. We may make changes to it at any time.

Keeping your contact details up to date is your responsibility. Your login, password, and access to the site are also your sole responsibility.

Collective Forecast provides you with a compilation of information about the cryptocurrency market. You understand that this information cannot be a guarantee of any result and cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your desired goals. So please, no FOMO and YOLO.

Moreover, sometimes we can break down. No offense, no hard feelings, and we'll try to get everything up and running as quickly as possible. And we can also sometimes be let down by our data providers.

We have a neat service called CoFo Setups. You realize that a Setup is another user's opinion about the movement of an asset in the market.

We have CoFo Lab. They're badass guys who publish authored content based on data provided by our tools and their opinions. You should also realize that this is not guaranteed results or insider information.

When you decide to buy a subscription on our website - you do so of your own free will, and you have read this Agreement. Keep in mind that we store your data when you make a purchase, and we use a transaction analysis system.

Errors may occur on the site. We would be glad if you would let us know about them.

User Agreement

1. Terms of use of the website

   1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer of terms and conditions for the use of the cofo.live website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), Collective Forecast services (hereinafter referred to as the Services), and related services represented by the Site Administration and an individual (including representatives of legal entities) (hereinafter referred to as the User), and regulating the terms and conditions of provision of information by the User for posting on the Site.
   2. User of the Site is any natural person who has ever accessed the Site, who has reached the age of acceptance of this Agreement.
   3. The User is obliged to fully familiarize with this Agreement before registration on the Site. Registration of the User on the Site means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Site by the User shall be immediately terminated.
   4. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.
   5. The Agreement provides for mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Site Administration.

2. Procedure for using the Site

   1. The Site allows Users to view and download information from the Site for personal use only. It is prohibited to use the site for the purposes of trading with third-party finances; other purposes specified in the EU Law on Financial Markets and Investments.
   2. When registering on the Site, purchasing Services and Subscriptions, the User agrees to provide true and accurate information about himself and his contact details.
   3. In the process of registration on the website, the User receives a login and password, for the security of which he/she is personally responsible.
   4. All information provided on the Site and individual Services is provided "As-Is" and cannot in itself be used to make any decisions.
   5. The User may address to the Administration of the site with questions, claims, wishes for improvement of work, or with any other information. In this case, the User is responsible that this appeal is not illegal, threatening, violating copyright, discriminating people on any grounds, as well as contains insults or otherwise violating the current legislation of Lithuania.

3. limitation of liability

   1. The Site allows the user to use a variety of tools ("Products") related to trading and finance. All information is provided to the user "As-Is" and shall not be considered "financial advice" within the definition of the EU Law on Financial Markets and Investments.
      1. The User is familiarized that the site provides summary information for making independent decisions by the User. The site does not provide ready-made solutions for "enrichement", "or making money fast".
   2. User acknowledges that Collective Forecast, individual Services, and components of the Site provide aggregate, analytical, financial, and other types of information, as well as its derivatives.
   3. The User understands that the information provided on the website cannot be a guarantee of any result and cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the desired goals.
   4. The Site and Services use information from third-party sites and systems for their operation. These sites provide information "As-Is". The User understands that in case of failure on the side of third-party Sites and Systems, the Site or Services may fail.
   5. The User has no claims regarding the failure of the Site or the Services.
   6. The "CoFo Setups" service provides an opportunity for users to exchange and share opinions on the movement of assets in the cryptocurrency market. The user understands that a "Setup" represents another user's opinion on the movement of an asset in the market and is not a guaranteed result or insider information .
   7. "Setups", other materials published by CoFo Lab are copyrighted materials of CoFo Lab, a structure within Collective Forecast UAB. The user understands that the "Setup", announcement, publication represents the author's opinion on the movement of an asset or market event, and is not a guaranteed result or insider information.

4. Personal information of the User

   1. The site Administration respects and takes responsibility for the confidential information of any person who becomes a visitor of this site. By accepting this Agreement the User consents to the collection, processing and use of certain information about the User in accordance with the GDPR and the provisions of the Lithuanian Law "On Personal Data Protection" and the Regulations of the Website Administration on Personal Data Protection. In addition, the User agrees that the Website Administration may collect, use, transfer, process and maintain information related to the User's account for the purpose of providing relevant services.
   2. Administration of the site is obliged to collect only that personal information, which the Consumer provides voluntarily when the information is necessary to provide (improve) services to the Consumer.
   3. The Website Administration collects both primary personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, address and e-mail address, and secondary (technical) data - cookies, connection information and system information.
   4. The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the zone of technical means of communication, subject to the Administration of the site, the Administration of the site is not responsible for damage caused by such access.
   5. The Website Administration may use any information collected through the Website in order to improve the content of the Website, to finalize it, to transmit information to the User (upon request), for marketing or research purposes, as well as for other purposes, not contrary to the provisions of the current legislation of Lithuania.

5. The Site prohibits:

   1. Direct and indirect insults to anyone, in particular politicians, officials, journalists, users of the resource, including national, ethnic, racial or religious affiliation, as well as chauvinistic statements.
   2. Obscene statements, pornographic, erotic or sexual statements.
   3. Any offensive behavior towards the authors of articles and all participants of the resource.
   4. Statements, the purpose of which is to deliberately provoke a sharp reaction of other participants of the resource.
   5. Advertising, commercial messages, as well as messages that do not have informational value and do not relate to the subject matter of the resource, if such advertising or message does not receive special permission from the Administration of the site.
   6. Any messages and other actions that are prohibited by the legislation of Lithuania.
   7. Impersonation of another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees and owners of the Site, as well as misrepresentation of the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects.
   8. Posting material that the User is not authorized to publish by law or under any contractual relationship, or material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary and/or copyright and related rights of a third party.
   9. Posting of unauthorized advertising information, spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters; materials containing computer codes designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunication equipment or software for unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers to commercial software products, logins, passwords and other means of gaining unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet.
   10. Intentional or accidental violation of any applicable local, state or international regulations.

6. Limitation of liability of the Website Administration

   1. Administration of the site does not bear any responsibility for any errors, misprints and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this Site. The site administration makes all necessary efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information presented on the Site.
   2. The information on the Website is constantly updated and may become outdated at any time. The site administration is not responsible for receiving outdated information from the Site, as well as for the User's inability to obtain updates to the information stored on the Site.
   3. Administration of the site does not bear any responsibility for statements and opinions of visitors of the site, left as comments or reviews. The opinion of the Administration of the site may not coincide with the opinion and position of the authors of reviews and comments. At the same time, the Administration of the Site takes all possible measures to prevent the publication of messages that violate applicable laws or moral standards.
   4. Administration of the site is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties, or third parties in relation to the User.
   5. Administration of the site is not responsible for the User's statements made or published on the Site.
   6. The site Administration is not responsible for any damage, losses or expenses (real or possible) arising in connection with this Site, its use or impossibility of use.
   7. Administration of the Site is not responsible for the loss of the User's ability to access his account on the Site.
   8. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication of the User's data when creating a User account.
   9. In case of problems in using the Site, disagreement with specific sections of the User Agreement, or receipt by the User of unreliable information from third parties, or information of an offensive nature, any other unacceptable information, please contact the Site Administration so that the Site Administration can analyse and eliminate the relevant defects, limiting and preventing the receipt of undesirable information on the Site, as well as, if necessary, to limit or terminate the liabilities of the User, as well as the User's obligations under the User Agreement.
   10. For the purposes of the above, the Site Administration reserves the right to delete the information posted on the Site and take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Site of Users who, according to the conclusion of the Site Administration, create problems in the use of the Site by other Users, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement.

7. Payments and AML Policy

   1. Purchases of subscriptions, services or products on the site are made of a free will and are completed at the time of the transaction.
   2. By purchasing a subscription or service, the User confirms that he/she has read this Agreement, learned the features of the Site and Services.
   3. The Site performs payment processing in accordance with AML policy and has the right to assign KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure in case of suspicious payments detection.
   4. The User is obliged to provide his/her personal data to the Site Administration at first request.
      1. The Site has the right to block access to the site in case of non-compliance or violation of AML/KYC rules
      2. The Site has the right to limit the maximum monthly amount of the user's transaction.
      3. The Site has the right to suspend reimbursement of the user's funds upon receipt of an official request from the law enforcement authorities of the relevant countries.
   5. The User waives its rights to receive compensation (lithigation) for the lost profit or indirect losses for the time of retention of the User's funds by the Site.

8. Order of validity of the Agreement

   1. This Agreement is a contract. The Site Administration reserves the right to both change this Agreement and introduce a new one. Such changes come into force from the moment of their placement on the Site. The User's use of the Site materials and Services after the change of the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.
   2. This Agreement comes into force at the first visit of the Site by the User and is valid between the User and the Company during the whole period of the User's use of the Site.
   3. The Site is an object of intellectual property rights of the Site Administration. All exclusive copyrights to the Site belong to the Administration of the Site. The use of the Site by Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Lithuania on intellectual property rights.
   4. All trademarks and trade names referenced in the materials on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
   5. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, copy any part of the Site, except when such permission is given to the User by the Site Administration.
   6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Lithuanian law. Matters not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
